I suggest that you choose shorter intervals for quick activities and longer intervals for extended activities. There is no one "best setting". That is the dumbest response in a Q&A post I may have ever seen. Suggestions, opinions of whatās worked best for some is helpful. Obviously there isnāt one best setting but there are definitely better setting than others dummy.
