ricks63toy, I believe that Ford still uses what is called an inertia switch even in the hybrids. This switch will shut off in the event of an accident shutting off the fuel pump. This is a safety feature built into the vehicle. Seeing that this is a newer vehicle I trust that you still have the manual. If not, the switches are usually located

Mine was only sending about 6 volts most of the time to the circuits it controls, instead of 12 volts. I could turn the fuel pump on with the DTC, but it still wouldn't start until I replaced the main relay.
Sorry about not responding. I was looking for a location of fuel cut off reset button/ inertia switch. The videos I've found aren't specific on exact location . I've checked all fuses and relays and I'm not getting any power to the fuel pump.
Corolla. The fuel shut off switch, which is also referred to as the inertia switch, can be found within the toe-bard of the Corolla. To access the toe-board, look near the transmission hump of the car. This should be roughly near the passenger side seat. This switch works to turn off the fuel pump of the car when the car comes to a sudden halt.

The location of this inertial fuel cut-off switch (car inertia switch) is often behind the drawer/glove compartment on the passenger side. One must push or pull down the button or lever to reset it based on the model and manufacturer's instructions.
Check using your diagnostic tool in live data for engine speed signal from your TRS and SRS sensors. You want to be sure that you have engine speed signal to the ECM or injection will be disabled. Verify that you have good fuel supply and fuel pressure as well with no leaks or restrictions from the fuel tank. It's a pleasure to help anyway I can.

Too much fuel pressure ussually over 25 psi the VP-44 it can lockup. That's where it will cost you $800-1500 for a new VP-44 .
